Cows are a huge part of Wisconsin, but one such cow we don't see here is the highland cow. A cow who has more majestic hair than even the best of us. With it's beautiful hair I couldn't resist drawing a highland cow all dressed up like a hipster or a hip-STEER. :D Featuring a cow, who I have given the name Otis, he sports a beanie, earrings, a nose ring, and a scarf.
